• Growing up in a small town, surrounded with fields of wheat and sugacane,
• I understood the delicate balance of nature and how it impacted my life.
• My mother cooked all our family meals in a traditional clay hearth and  used seasonal ingredients with home made spices.
• When I founded Desi Food Inc, in 2009, I kept the memory of those flavors alive in every bottle and bags we produce.
